Pick Pro is a fully integrated batch picking platform for retailers using Citrus Lime’s Cloud POS retail environment.

Description

If you are using Picklists in Cloud POS then Pick Pro will seamlessly integrate with your daily processes. After building a Picklist in Cloud POS simply hit the import button in Pick Pro to import pick batches and start picking using handheld devices. Your customer service team will have real time knowledge of progress on each batch allowing them to update customers quicker.

• Easily create batches. Import Cloud POS batches with a click of a button or manually create your own by simply entering ILC’s or Order Numbers (let Pick Pro fetch the data for you!)

• Real time updates. Use Pick Pro across multiple devices (mobile scanners, tablets and desktop PC’s) and see scanned items picked in real-time.

• User access. Setup your team with different access levels and watch as batches are assigned to pickers.

• Batch data. Watch as batches % completion increases and batches move between Open, Completed & Confirmed.

• Reporting. See key data such as total items picked, top users (pickers), average time per item, total missing items and much more.
